  • Member Vault Data: Retained until user is removed or bot is removed
  • Session Data: Automatically expires after logout or session timeout

5.1 Discord

Auditer operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We use Discord's API to access the data necessary for our functionality.

5.2 Service Providers

We may share data with third-party service providers:

  • MongoDB Atlas: Database hosting and management
  • Vercel: Website and dashboard hosting
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Server hosting and deployment

  • Server Data: Removing Auditer from your server will delete most server configuration data

  • Specific Records: Server administrators can clear audit logs and manage moderation records

6.3 Opt-Out of Data Collection

  • Disable audit logging to stop collecting message and event data
  • Disable Member Vault to stop tracking member joins/leaves
  • Leave servers using Auditer to minimize data collection
