Privacy Policy
What we collect
Auditer collects only the data needed to provide its services. This includes server configuration (log channel selections, ignored channels, anti-nuke thresholds, welcome card layouts), Discord IDs (server, channel, role, user) referenced by your configuration, and snapshot data (roles, channels, permission overwrites) when you choose to capture one.
What we do not collect
We do not store the contents of regular member messages. Audit log entries from Discord are streamed in real time but only retained when explicitly captured into a snapshot or when surfaced to you in a search query. We never sell, share, or analyze your data for advertising.
Where it lives
Configuration and snapshot data are stored in MongoDB Atlas, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Banner images and custom font uploads are stored in the same database as binary data.
Data deletion
Kick the bot from your server to trigger purge of all data tied to that server. Configuration, snapshots, banners, and custom fonts are removed within 7 days. You can also request immediate deletion through the support server.
