• User IDs: Discord user IDs for members who interact with the bot

• Join/Leave Dates: Timestamps for Member Vault functionality

• Message Content: Content of deleted/edited messages (if audit logging enabled)

• Timestamps: When messages were sent, edited, or deleted
• Attachment URLs: Links to attachments in deleted messages
• Ticket Transcripts: Full conversation history in support tickets

2.4 Moderation Data

We store moderation actions including:

• Warning Records: User IDs, reasons, timestamps, moderator IDs
• Kicks and Bans: Action details, reasons, moderator information
• Mutes and Timeouts: Duration, reasons, timestamps
• Case Numbers: Sequential case IDs for tracking moderation history

When you log into the dashboard:

• OAuth Tokens: Temporary access tokens provided by Discord

4.1 Storage Location

Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas databases. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with appropriate security measures.

• Ticket Transcripts: Retained indefinitely after ticket closure
• Member Vault Data: Retained until user is removed or bot is removed
• Session Data: Automatically expires after logout or session timeout

5.1 Discord

Auditer operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We use Discord's API to access the data necessary for our functionality.

5.2 Service Providers

We may share data with third-party service providers:

• MongoDB Atlas: Database hosting and management
• Vercel: Website and dashboard hosting
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Server hosting and deployment

These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your data for providing services to us.

Server administrators can access their server's configuration and moderation data through the dashboard at any time. Users can request information about their personal data through our support channels.

6.2 Delete Your Data

• Server Data: Removing Auditer from your server will delete most server configuration data
• Personal Data: Individual users can request deletion through support
• Specific Records: Server administrators can clear audit logs and manage moderation records

6.3 Opt-Out of Data Collection

• Disable audit logging to stop collecting message and event data
• Disable Member Vault to stop tracking member joins/leaves
• Leave servers using Auditer to minimize data collection
