By inviting Auditer to your Discord server or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Auditer is a Discord bot that provides audit logging, verification, moderation, ticketing, and server management features. These terms govern your use of the bot and associated dashboard.
You agree to use Auditer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use Auditer:
Auditer logs server events including message edits/deletes, member joins/leaves, role changes, channel modifications, and moderation actions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of audit logging complies with applicable privacy laws.
The verification system requires users to complete a CAPTCHA or other verification method before accessing your server. You acknowledge that no verification system is foolproof and Auditer cannot guarantee complete protection against automated accounts or malicious users.
Moderation features (warnings, kicks, bans, mutes, lockdown) are provided as tools for server management. Server administrators are solely responsible for how these tools are used and any consequences resulting from their use.
The ticket system enables private support channels between users and server staff. Server administrators are responsible for the content of ticket conversations and ensuring proper handling of support requests.
Member Vault automatically re-adds users who leave and rejoin your server. This feature requires the "guilds.join" OAuth scope. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this feature complies with Discord's Terms of Service.
Auditer collects and stores certain data necessary for its operation. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using Auditer, you acknowledge that:
Auditer is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to:

Auditer operates on the Discord platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree to comply with all Discord policies when using Auditer. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Discord's terms, Discord's terms shall prevail.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Auditer shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in our jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified through our website or Discord server. Your continued use of Auditer after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
