Reviewing submissions
How staff accepts, denies, opens threads, and views the full submission detail page.
In Discord#
When a submission lands, the pending channel gets an embed with the answers. Three buttons:
Accept
Approves the submission. Roles are applied, applicant DM'd.
Deny
Opens a modal asking for an optional reason. The reason is included in the applicant's DM and the audit log entry.
Open Thread
Spawns a thread on the submission for staff discussion. Auto-created if Staff Threads is enabled in Other tab.
On the dashboard#
Submissions in the sidebar shows every submission across every application. Click any row to open the full detail page with timing, review history, vote tallies, and Audintel snapshot.
The Accept and Deny buttons on the dashboard work identically to Discord. Useful for reviewing on mobile or when you cannot DM through the bot.
Filtering#
User ID
Find every submission from a specific Discord user.
Search answers
Find every submission containing a specific phrase in any answer.
Application
Filter by which form they applied to.
Status
Pending, accepted, denied, expired, cancelled.
Sort
Newest, oldest, quickest, slowest (by time taken to complete).
