My applicant got "I could not DM you"

They have DMs from server members disabled. Tell them to enable it under Privacy & Safety, then run /apply again.

Submissions are not appearing in my pending channel

Check three things: (1) the application has a Pending channel set, (2) the bot has Send Messages and Embed Links permissions there, (3) the application is Open (toggle at the top of the editor).

Roles are not being added on accept

Auditer's top role must be ABOVE every role it tries to grant or remove. Drag the Auditer role above the target role in your server's role list, then try again. Bot also cannot grant or remove managed roles (e.g. integration roles, Nitro booster role).

Buttons say "interaction failed"

Usually the application or panel was deleted while the message was still in Discord. Re-create it from the dashboard. Other cause: the bot was offline. Check status at https://www.auditer.wtf or your support server.

Webhook not firing

Verify the URL is HTTPS or HTTP and starts with the protocol. Check the events list includes the event you expect. Webhooks fire-and-forget with one retry, so transient outages may drop deliveries.

Question editor shows "max questions reached"

You hit the 100-question cap. Trim the form or split it into two applications linked from one panel.

Imported Appy app has wrong channels

Channel IDs are server-specific. If you exported from one server and imported into another, the channels will not match. Open the imported application and re-pick channels manually.
