Voting and approvals
Require multiple staff Yes votes before auto-accepting. Useful for sensitive applications.
Voting forces consensus. Instead of one staff member deciding, you require N approvals before the application auto-accepts.
How to enable#
- Open the application editor.
- Switch to the Other tab.
- Find Required votes. Set it to the number of approvals you want (1 to 25).
- Save.
How it works#
When voting is enabled, a second row of buttons appears on the pending embed: Vote Yes and Vote No. Each manager can cast one vote (changing your vote replaces the previous one).
When the Yes count reaches the threshold, the application auto-accepts. The reviewer field shows whoever cast the deciding vote.
Voting and the Accept/Deny buttons#
Staff can still click Accept or Deny directly to bypass the vote. Useful for clear-cut cases that do not need group review.
For staff applications: 2 to 3. For partnership requests: 1 (just keep it simple). For high-stakes approvals like clan leadership: 4 or more.
