Alert customization

Fully control what each alert looks like.

Every watcher has an independent embed, announcement text, and filter set. The dashboard editor exposes every field.

Announcement text#

Custom text posted above the embed. Supports placeholders. If you turn embeds off, this becomes the entire message.

Embed#

The same advanced embed builder used across Auditer. Title, description, color, thumbnail, big image, author line with PFP, footer, fields, gallery, spoiler container, timestamp. Every text field accepts placeholders.

Placeholders#

Post or video title.
{url}
Link to the post.
{author}
Creator display name.
{authorAvatar}
Creator profile picture URL.
{handle}
Creator handle or username.
{description}
Post description (truncated).
{thumbnail}
Post or video thumbnail URL.
{platform}
Platform name (YouTube, Twitch, etc).
{publishedAt}
When the post was made.
{game}
Game category for Twitch or Kick live streams.
{viewers}
Live viewer count.

Filters#

  • Keyword include list (any match required)
  • Keyword exclude list (any match blocks)
  • Title regex
  • Minimum title length
  • YouTube only-shorts toggle
  • Twitch and YouTube only-live toggle
  • Twitch and Kick only-VOD toggle

Schedule#

Restrict alerts to certain hours and days in a chosen timezone. Set a cooldown between alerts or a max-per-hour cap.

Role pings#

Ping @everyone, @here, or specific roles when a watcher fires. Discord mentions are correctly scoped so pings actually notify the target roles.
