Setting up tickets

Configure category, staff role, panel.

Initial setup#

Run /ticket setup as an administrator. The wizard asks you to pick:

  • A category for ticket channels (creates one if needed)
  • A staff role that gets access to every ticket
  • An archive category for closed tickets (or delete-on-close)
  • A log channel where ticket events are recorded

Posting the panel#
