Overview
How Auditer's ticket system works.
Tickets are private support channels created on demand by members. When a member opens a ticket, Auditer creates a new channel under your tickets category, gives them and your staff role access, and posts an opening message. When the ticket is resolved, staff close it and Auditer archives or deletes the channel.
