Managing tickets

Open, claim, close, transfer.

/ticket open
Member command. Opens a new ticket channel.
/ticket close
Closes the current ticket. Archives or deletes based on setup config.
/ticket claim
Marks the ticket as claimed by you. Other staff are notified.
/ticket add
Add another member to the ticket channel.
/ticket remove
Remove a member from the ticket channel.
/ticket rename
Rename the ticket channel.
Auto-close

Tickets that go inactive for 24+ hours are flagged but not auto-closed. You can configure auto-close behavior in /ticket settings.
